The Division of Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery provides consultation, evaluation and diagnostic services for women with pelvic floor disorders. It offers treatment of urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, genitourinary fistulas and congenital anomalies. The division also provides treatment of overactive bladder, constipation, pelvic pain and sexual dysfunction. The Division of Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery provides various diagnostic services, including cystourethroscopy, bladder instillation, and urodynamic and pelvic neuromuscular testing. Its surgical services include laparoscopic hysterectomy, sacral nerve stimulation, periurethral bulking, botulinum toxin injection, and abdominal and minimally invasive reconstructive surgeries. The Division of Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery is a part of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS), which has an enrollment of more than 2,500 students in various academic units. The division is located in Little Rock, Ark.
