Avoid at all costs. Requested an appointment with Dr. Fitzgerald, but was assigned to Dr. Krulin, who is the single worst medical provider I ever remember visiting. After I complained about that visit, they said they would not charge me, and that I could see Dr. Fitzgerald the next day. I explained I did not have much time the next day, but they said it would work. They called back to say they would charge me for both visits, after all. When I came the next day, it turned out the doctor did not have time to see me, and that the next available appointment was 5 months out. Unhelpful, dishonest, & waste of time. Avoid UAMS Sleep Clinic at all costs.
