We had my mother's retirement party on 7/28/17 at this location. The wait staff outdid themselves, and the food was great! Thank you for your help making tonight a special night for my mother!

On Saturday June 17, 2017 my children and I stopped at Senior Tequila on University around 7:30pm ish to get something to eat because we had been on the road and had only had vending machine cookies and chips to eat prior. My daughter had the Nachos Tequila with ground beef and shredded chicken. My son had the children's cheeseburger and I had the Nacho Fajita with sliced beef and sliced chicken. My daughter started eating there and took the rest with her because we had to go meet a friend. About 30 minutes later my daughter ate the rest of her food. That night/early Sunday morning my daughter started to complain about her stomach hurting and running to the restroom. I thought the food and her didn't agree and it would not last long. This progressively got worst from Sunday to Monday to include vomiting and worsen diarrhea . Monday 6/19/17 by noon we were at Children's ER. My daughter was in so much pain that the doctors thought her appendix had burst. My daughter had a severe case of food poison and was dehydrated due to it at that time. After 2 bags of fluids, pain and nausea meds, she was released with directions for fluid only diet and a followup set for Friday. On Friday 6/23/17 at the followup appt at the Adolescent Clinic, we are sent back to the ER, after a stool sample had been taken, for more fluids due to dehydration and continued pain. Tuesday the doctor called and stated that my daughter has SALMONELLA FOOD POISONING. We are given another prescription. During this time I was contacted by both the Little Rock and North Little Rock Health Department. I had been trying to contact the restaurant to notify them of the events that has transpired. It took them a week and a half to contact me back only to tell me to contact their insurance company that a claim had been filed for my daughter. Now the owners will not response to their own insurance company so we can get this matter resolved. It took almost 3 weeks for my child to get better.
