Incredibly awful experience with Oxi Fresh in Little Rock. I would absolutely NEVER recommend this using this company to ANYONE. I initially called Oxi Fresh to have my sofas cleaned. The cleaner was very unprofessional (took more time telling me about his personal life than cleaning.) After the cleaning process dried, I noticed huge brown watermarks on my sofa. I called him back to let him know that the sofa looked much dirtier than before, and he came back to look at it, then suggested that I call another company. I called another local cleaning company, and they let me know that the fabric was ruined and nothing else could be done. Next, I called the owner of Oxi Fresh to file a claim for my ruined sofa; he came over to look and told me that he would not give me more than $400 for my $5000 sofa that his company ruined. I am extremely disappointed in this company’s lack of professionalism & refusal to take any responsibility of their wrongdoing. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND.
