Horrible customer service . The lady is very rude and unprofessional . The man gave me pricing on my car for a fuel pump made aN appointment for me to come back and get it repaired I dropped it off at 9am .. which the sign reads their open no one in sight. After I call and ask when he would arrive I was told 30 mins. I called back at 1030 and was was told he didn't have time to do fuel pumps today . When I picked up my car my front grill was kicked in and my passenger side window rain guards had cracks in them . DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS

Broke other items on car not even associated with repair. Continued to give false finish times then threatened, "you can come get it" even though it wouldn't drive without PRE-PAID repair. Lackadaisical and caviler attitude that does not help the customer at all.



Shoddy work; bad attitude no customer service skills and highly over-priced. Amazing that such an operation can continue under such a well respected name as WAS Naylor!



Avoid the grief and find someone reputable instead. These guys are, at best, criminal!

My 98 ford mustang kept blowing an ignition fuse and because I was stranded downtown I had my car towed to Naylor Auto for repair. Instead of repairing my car, they did a half #$%$ job at putting a band aid over the real problem.



First of all, they thought it was a good idea to replace a 20 amp ignition fuse with a 30 amp ignition fuse. This is absolutely incorrect and I only discovered this after my car died 30 minutes after I picked it up from these people. They also lied on my receipt when they said they found some wires on the frame. This sounds like reasonable diagnosis but... after working at my car in my driveway, I later found the real issue. I found a tear in the wiring connected to my ignition system which was the underlying cause to the problem.



Thinking I could get my money back (because no correct services were performed on my vehicle) I gave them a call. The owner is rude and has absolutely no customer service skills. I tried my best to remain calm and express the situation that they had not correctly repaired my car but he would hear none of it. Instead, all he could do was make up some check out fee that he would not refund.... which was nowhere to be found on my receipt and then proceeded to hang up on me.



Instead of giving me a full refund for no services provided, the best they could do was give me two thirds of my money back and they would not explain what the check out fee was. These people refused to honor their warranty as stamped on the receipt I gave them.



In short, I will never use these people ever again and I look forward to letting others know about this experience so they will do the same.
