Horrible service. Both the doctor and the optical part. Never go there. A rip off and totally unprofessional.

I have never had such great service as I've had at this location in getting new eyeglasses. Plenty of associates, very helpful, and my personal associate was wonderful. I purchased two pairs of progressive - one for sunglasses and the other for day-to-day. Their frames selection was extensive. My purchase was pricey but only because I chose certain features for my lenses and because of the cost I was offered, and received, GE credit with them with 12-month interest free, same as cash. I can handle that. I'll write more when my glasses arrive.

I went to this store to see if they could repair my husbands watch (which they had done before)and what it would cost. I could not get a salesperson to even look at me much less help me. After about 15 minutes of not being acknowledged, I left. Today I called to ask them over the phone what I needed to do, and they cut me off saying "What do you need done?". I was getting to that, but they were so rude, I told them I wasn't going to continue! No use wasting my time as I was obviously wasting theirs! I do not reccommend doing business with this store at all!!
