I took my daughter's dress here. I told her that I wanted to pay for everything upfront including any possible charges that she could foresee in doing the alterations. I prepaid for the alterations. She called me after having the dress for a week & said that she was going to have to do something a little different in taking up the dress. At that time, she DID NOT say that there was an additional cost. It wasn't a problem if there was. She called me 2 days before the dress was supposed to be ready. I told her that my daughter had to work that day & I was already at work which meant it was a bad day but we could pick it up on the next day. She demanded that we picked it up that day because she had so many dresses\lack of storage. As a customer, not my problem. She knew this when she decided to take on all these customers. When we got there, the dress was fine but the owner wanted to overcharge me for what I had already paid for. She got very rude when I asked her to break down the cost.
