For over fifty-five years, the Samuel Field Y has remained strong and vital and has continued to provide new and innovative programs to the greater Northeast Queens and Western Nassau communities.

As we embark on our sixth decade of  providing high quality programs and services to our community, individuals of all ages learn and flourish within a caring and supportive environment at one of our 36 different sites throughout our neighborhoods.

We continue to provide life enhancing and life sustaining services to the over 30,000 people who depend on us  to be their community center at each stage of their lives.

From our child care center through our comprehensive programs for older adults, we are proud of our long history of being there for our friends, neighbors and families to meet the new and complex needs created by the rapidly changing world in which we live.

By providing a full range of camping, mental health, Jewish cultural, educational and recreational activities, and through supporting individuals with special needs as well as those people beset by difficult life challenges, we have been inclusive and responsive to the needs of all who walk through our doors.

We are committed to strengthening and building our community and its resources. Our doors are always open, and we encourage  each of you and all of you to visit us, join us and become part of our enduring tradition of caring and quality.
