I no longer smoke, but I have been going in to the Up in Smoke near me to purchase cigar boxes. My kids use them to store stuff. I also customize the boxes with custom wood burnings. Went in today and I guess the owner got rid of the guy I usually deal with. The young man was always happy, seemed very knowledgeable about cigars. He was always helpful with me when I was picking out boxes.



Went in today and I guess it was the owner I dealt with. He had taken all the boxes off display and told me he would no longer be displaying boxes for sale and if I wanted a certain box I had ask for them so they could get them from the warehouse. He was making $20-$30 a week off of me buying boxes. More than most of his customers that come in. His boxes were a little cheaper than some places and he was close to me.



I will be going to other cigar shops. He was rude, disrespectful, and appears to have NO business sense. If you make money off of an item that was once trash, you should keep making money.
