Horrible Experience with this store. I went to this location because it is on the way home from work and had had a good experience with the one in Mckinney. Service was prompt and the girl (Victoria) seemed to know what she was doing, but when I got home and styled my hair, NOTHING was even. My hair was a mess and it looked like a butcher had tried to cut it with a blindfold on. (Please note that it is practically impossible with my particular hairstyle to tell how well it was cut until I have cleaned it and styled it). I then tried to go back to the store several times that week to get it fixed but every time I drove up (within business hours!) a notice was on their window saying "closed today, come back tomorrow". This was several days in a row! I tried calling the store, but no one ever answered when I called and I was unable to leave a voicemail because of a full message box. After a week went by with no contact and their store being closed repeatedly I emailed corporate. Apparently this nonchalant behavior towards their customers is spear-headed by corporate as I did not receive a call back or any form of communication from them apologizing or acknowledging the atrocious experience I had. I would not recommend this place or the Fantastic Sam's brand to ANYONE and if I could give it zero stars, I would. I hope they close their doors for good very soon.
