I brought sever pairs of shoes in for repair. One pair of boots did not have all of the repairs done that had been discussed when I went to pick them up. I was charged an additional $20. For the repair that I had really already paid for. The shopkeeper was not willing to negotiate or to admit that it was their mistake. I don't usually write negative reviews, but feel that people should be aware of this inconsistency. One worker says one thing while another overcharges.
