Provided by YP.comThe customer service is shady at best, the staff is not knowledgeable of their products, and the inventory is limited at best. Purchased several products, and none of the shopping experiences were pleasant. Half-baked at best. Go to another hobby shop- Rules Model Trains or CoolTrains Toys and Hobbies are the places to go!
