Nice people and a very broken system. Long holds, dropped calls, promised calls back not made, referrals not placed, cancelled/rescheduled appointments. The only way I've been able to get basic care has been to complain to the clinic manager (who was nice). I was not impressed by the nurse practitioner but liked Dr. Miller.

My primary care physician is Dr. Kinsey. As a new patient she took the time to hear my concerns and work with me. The office staff as well as the nursing staff are friendly and helpful. I would send anyone to this office.
