This was the best experience ever, my technician's name was Sonja G. And she was absolutely the best. She honestly treated me like a high priority customer, went above and beyond answering questions, plus the lady definitely knows her trade! This was a awesome experience, never would I think Walmart would provide such professional services. I stand corrected. If you go there, Trust me, ask for Sonja, she will definitely take the time to explain everything step by step, she wont let you leave until you are 100% satisfied with your choice and she will thoroughly review your opinions and detail the pros and cons of insurance vs paying outright. PLUS, she treats you with the upmost respect and makes you feel like a dignified customer. Thank you Sonja

Horrible place if I could give lower than one star I would. The receptionist who is also the boss, lies about the costs associated with the visit. The staff members said that the boss made the appointment and she conveniently was not present. I suppose she was the only appropriate scapegoat. I specifically asked the lady that if there would be any fees to be notified, in which there was blatantly no follow up call as promised. I will be contacting corporate because I was lured here under false pretenses. I was informed that the boss is new but she is somehow handling billing information and getting it wrong. Furthermore, upon arrival the staff should be more upfront about any fees before any service is rendered, this place is highly unprofessional for that reason. I have been to other vision offices that discuss potential billing patterns however this office was dumbfounded on standard procedures. A full refund would be the only acceptable reconciliation on the basis that the pregnant staff member admitted that she should have talked about the exam costs and her negligence in conjunction with the boss's disregard should not be overlooked. I would like to be contacted by email or respond to the post and prove that this office true cares about the customer concerns.
