Buyer Beware this company was caught on camera illegally dumping wood chippings in my back yard. Investigation currently underway. Owner was contacted and he hung up on me. Is this someone you want to do business with? Do your homework and you'll find out other very interesting things about their character.

Do not do business with Trees R Us. They lied about obtaining a permit (as confirmed by the permit office) and they were caught on camera doing a "pay back" move of dumping a dump truck load of wood chippings onto my backyard. When contacting the owner he hung up on me and then sent a text message implying he was teaching me a lesson. How awful and low down. Balance was 375.00 and I withheld it because they had issue completing the trump removal aspect of the service. They are very good at tree removal but if you need the stump taken care of you will be SOL with them. They need to stay in their lane and seek counseling as they literally resorted to criminal activity to deal with an unhappy customer. They will get you back if you psst them off....

Do not do business with Trees Are Us. They cut down the wrong trees on our property. My husband was asleep and he is recovering from major surgery. They did not knock on the door or ring the doorbell. They just cut down the trees and when my husband complained and didn't want to pay them. They threatened to place a lien against our property. Again, do not do business with Trees Are Us they are unethical and unprofessional.
