Richard Merritt states all of the work he is going to do on initial visit, poked a hole in the wood under my gutter to show it was rotting, etc. The day he is to do work, he shows up late without supplies he said he was getting, spends less than 45 mins (working?), never fixed the hole he poked in the wood, never painted the area he took a shingle off. Instead of replacing shingles he just nailed them back in place, after which they didn't lay flat, to which he said they will eventually flatten (of course they didn't) and have since fallen off. The other side he supposedly worked on has shingles falling off. I'm one of those little old ladies whose only asset is my house and he just ripped me off for a large fee. He's covered in tattoos and thinks people are put off by that--what puts me off is a person with no integrity!
