These people are not who they say they are. They are very unprofessional and do not stick to there words. I had to have multiple appointment to install my security system because every time I was lied to about what I was suppose to get or that they did not have the equipment ready to go. The general manager Tyler Williams stated he would compensate me 3 months of monitoring due to his employees mistake. He promised me 3 times that it was mailed and it never was. I tried calling several times to speak with him and I have yet to hear from him. I would not recommend this company because they are not truthful and they do not stick to their words.
