Sales Mgr quoted one price then when I went to sign paperwork it got changed. Said he had guessed at payment. Wasted my day and hurt my credit for unethical sales practices! Don't buy anything here!

Have we lost the meaning of Express Lane, I've been here since 8am and no one has gave me an Update on my car.... I'm highly disppointed!!!!! And the customer service is not any better at all! Tighten up Honda!

The service department at Team Honda in Lithia Springs apparently does not know how a schedule works nor do they value their customers' time. I had an appointment for an oil change and they claimed it would take approximately 2 hours. What's the point of having an appointment if I'm going to be put in line with everyone just driving up? I left and will never go back. I tried to use them once to get a recall notice taken care of and what they claimed would take a minimum of 4-5 hours another Honda dealership did in less than 2. I should have learned my lesson then. Why take appointments if you're not going to honor them?

The salesman absolutely lied to us about what inventory they had just to get us on the lot. I later heard they have had a lot of complaints.
