In the cold!

That's to people at Ricks Plumbing we did not freeze that day..

Trying to get a hold of someone on a cold/freezing day and everybody said they can make it but it will be tomorrow or a few days. In a 10 below day and your house is getting really cold inside, the guys at Rick's came out a couple of hours later and got it fixed. WARM AGAIN!
