Wadley Historic Farm was originally constructed in 1869, sitting on 18 acres of lush gardens and fragrant orchards. Its pastoral landscapes are the perfect backdrop for festive days spilling into evenings filled with romance and fairy tale. Wadley Historical Farm is conveniently located in Utah County at the base of the breathtaking Mount Timpanogos, it is only five miles north of Utah Valley University and seven miles north of Brigham Young University.

Using old world craftsmanship, Wadley Historic Farm offers an ageless stage for any intimate event. The updated barn is the ideal location to host your large indoor event, with it's dramatic arched wood beams and high vaulted ceilings. Although smaller, the Railroad Building provides a picturesque atmosphere with its sparkling chandeliers and Tuscan style fireplace to host an intimate dinner party or indoor ceremony.

Wadley Farms was the venue that we chose for our daughter's wedding reception this past spring. We couldn't have been happier with the beautiful facility and the helpful efficient staff. Everything was the way they promised and things went off without a hitch! Many of our guests commented how nice the day was:)

IMy daughter found out about this place, and loved it the first time she seen the pictures. We then went to visit the site. Love it and love the people that help us get everything in order for the wedding day! It was such a beautiful place and to have a wedding and reception. Everyone loved the day and place.

Everything was set up just how we wanted it. and it all went perfect. I would rent this place again. no question about it..

Wadley Farms has a beautiful outdoor space and was exactly what I was looking for in terms of aesthetics; lots of my guests said it was one of their favorite reception venues. The staff helped smooth out a lot of bumps on the big day, which was very much appreciated. The only thing that was a bit confusing to me was that I was told contradicting information a few times (i.e. I couldn't put a photo booth on the grass but then I could, or that they didn't have an amp for me to use, but then they did). I'm not sure what happened there, and in the end it worked out fine so it wasn't a huge deal. Despite that, I would definitely recommend Wadley Farms to a friend. Beautiful place at an affordable price!

We looked at Wadley farms as our first venue. We booked it the same night we saw it. I knew immediately that this was the place I wanted to spend our special day. Everything is so beautiful and the staff service was exceptional. I felt that the pricing was very reasonable for the beautiful setting that they offer. I love the fact that when you reserve your time slot, you are the only people there-it makes you feel even more like you are in your own little world. If you book a time with them, you can come back and do your engagements or bridals there, free of charge! The entire place is filled with beautiful photo opportunities and our wedding pictures and my bridal pictures were spectacular with Wadley farm in the back ground. I also love that they specialize in wedding so they really know what they are doing and can give so much advice. This place gave me my fairytale wedding. I highly recommend it!

Wadley Historic Farm was the first and only venue we toured when we were planning our wedding. In fact, we booked it the same day - it is that beautiful! On the grounds there is a two-story reception hall (The Barn). The first floor has two rooms - a front room that has a lot of architectural interest and detail (fireplace, staircase to second floor with wrought iron railing, gorgeous wrought iron chandelier, view of second floor balcony, pillars decorated with twinkle lights), and a back room that we used for seating for our guests. The back room has a fireplace, big windows, and a nice view of the grounds. There is also a small kitchen on the first floor. The second floor doesn't have space for seating, but there are tables that are an appropriate height for standing.

There is a second building (The Railroad Building) that looks like a chapel, and can be used for ceremonies or a smaller gathering. There is a third building where the groom can get ready, and two rooms off of the building that houses the office (and is just as attractive as the reception hall) where the bride can get ready.

The grounds are immaculate, and have an overall appeal, but also lots of attention to detail. Vines and ivy growing on the buildings, wrought iron, twinkle lights, a sound system that can be heard outside and in all of the buildings. There is a fountain, a pretty green house that has birdhouses in it, an orchard, a barn, and an old-fashioned truck. Lots of places to take great pictures, and lots of personality and rustic charm.

If you book an event, the grounds are available free of charge for a photo shoot (just call ahead to make sure there is not a wedding scheduled on the day you want). That was a big perk! We had our engagement photos taken there, and were so happy with them! We were there a lot longer than we expected because there were so many great places to shoot!

The staff was wonderful to us! Colleen Hardy, the manager of the property, was very helpful to answer our questions and give us suggestions, and the two staff members who were there the day of our event were very attentive.

We have people comment to us all the time about how beautiful our reception was, and about how much they loved our venue. To be honest, we did very little by way of decoration. We just used some of the centerpieces that were already available, and added a few flowers. That is a venue that really does not need much help. We are so pleased with how everything turned out, and would recommend Wadley Farms to anyone!

There was NOT one thing I would change about my wedding at Wadley Farms! The venue is absolutely stunning and very well kept. The staff blew me away with how kind and caring they were. Dascia and Colleen both took the time to go over every specific detail and make sure it was exactly what I had in mind for my special day. Everything turned out better than I could have imagined. It was the best day of my life! I would HIGHLY recommend this venue.

So I used this venue to celebrate my husband's 30th birthday. I decided to throw a black tie event for him and this was the perfect place because it has an elegance to it. I used the barn since it was early winter and it was beautiful. The grounds were covered with snow so it gave it that peaceful vibe to it. Wadley farms was very generous and salted the sidewalks for my guests and mats so people could walk safely inside. The lighting at night was magical, when you are entering the building it feels so cozy and the building was very beautiful on its own. the tables and chairs were all set up with their proper linens and the building was very clean. My guests loved the event and loved the venue, they could not stop talking about it and how amazing the party was. I brought my own food and WF was very flexible with that. I enjoyed my party and would most definitely use Wadley Farms again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

The place, our reception and our entire experience...AMAZING!! The staff was relaxed, fun and so easy to work with. I forgot so many things the day of and they just took care of it without any hesitation or skipping a beat. The grounds are so beautiful and the place is seriously spotless...seriously. Like others, I don't agree with or believe any of the negative reviews. Wadley Farms is just a place you have to see and experience. We met with and toured 7 venues... Wadley Farms was the 3rd. After that, nothing else compared. We just couldn't picture any other place.

This is a remarkable venue for events. Simple but still very elegant. Wonderful views of Mount Timpanogos. Beautiful gardens and pathways connecting the Tuscan-inspired buildings. The staff is very accommodating - willing to do anything they can to make your event successful. And very reasonably priced. We have used Wadley Farms several times and will continue to use them and recommend them to friends and family. This is simply a great facility. 5 Stars!

I am not sure what the two negative reviewers are talking about when it comes to wadley farms. I had a friend get married there and we came early to help but everything was already taken care of. The staff was great, ready to help. Beautiful landscape and pictures turned out great. The place was spotless and clean restrooms. I would definately recommend this reception/ event hall.

Unprofessional staff, dirty ba...

Unprofessional staff, dirty bathrooms, windows, cobwebs, unhelpful on the day, overbook too many events in one day. Not set up for our wedding so we were not prepared when the ceremony was scheduled to start. Uninvited photographer taking pictures of another couple around the property DURING THE CEREMONY! (And was later told that was "beyond on control") You are responsible for cleaning up everywhere- not just your food tables. They won't bother to pick up something as small as a candy wrapper or a napkin if it gets dropped somewhere on the grounds.Beautiful place, but I wouldn't book again there. They need to work on alot of things. We certainly didn't feel "taken care of" on that day. It was stressful. Thought choosing to have it at a place like this would mean everything would be taken care of and stressfree.

We thought everything was goin...

We thought everything was going well with Wadley Farms in Lindon UT, until their unprofessional, horrible communication, nickel and dime mentality showed through. Wadley Farms will screw up your wedding budget.

Avoid Wadley farms because you will end up paying more than you want with at their wedding reception center. We explained everything that we wanted to do at Wadley Farms. When we contacted them a couple of weeks before, they said they were going to charge us an additional $250 dollars. We had not budgeted for this and we couldn't change our wedding plans this close.

The lady we first talked to denied what we said in the first meeting. We had told her what we wanted to do three times! First with me and my fiance, second my fiance and her mom, and third my fiance and her step-mom.

The night of the reception they only had 2 people working, so they messed up the music, they didn't play the tracks on time for the father and daughter dance and the dance for me and my wife. After five minutes of fumbling they finally had it playing, but it was barely audible. We then had to get them to play it again, seriously Wadley Farms? Very unprofessional.

After we got home from our honey I called up Wadley Farms to voice my dissatisfaction with their service, and another charge of $75 dollars, and the lady got belligerent with me. Even though she finally admitted that we told her what we told her, I would tell everyone to avoid Wadley Frams in Lindon UT!
