Gave me a 4 hour window for a service call after telling me earlier in the week that they will be more specific with a call time the day of. This actually ended up the end of an 8 hour day. I told them we would be in and out and they would have to call with a price before doing work. They show up at 3:45 and ask why someone isn't home. Reminded them I told them I couldn't be home that whole time. I asked for a price, they said they wouldn't even look without knowing someone would pay them today (rather than a bill. I told them that that was not our mutual understanding (and it was a heater they originally installed). If they didn't like the terms, they could leave. They did. Will not be dealing with them again.

I had a heater installed and the first sign of a problem they wanted to charge me even though it was under warranty! The sign of a good contractor to me, is not just the installation but coming back when there is a problem at no cost to the home owner especially when the product has only been installed for under 2 months!
