Every time I enter the store I am greeted with a smile... I shop there once a month and have never had bad service....

I heard great things about this place and its selection, but it's amazing how bad service can make a place's Grey Goose turn into vinegar. I don't think I've ever walked out of a store so disgusted. The employees don't want to help you; they actually get angry and perturbed when you ask for help. I asked if they had a specific wine, which I had written down on a piece of paper, their employee took my piece of paper and after not being able to find the brand in his system, threw the paper back at me. Then he sat down and continued to chow down on his chinese food. One of their customers was actually trying to apologize to me for how they were treating me. There are way too many mom-and-pop liquor stores that welcome you into their stores; why waste time at a place that treats you like garbage? Support people who are nice.
