They do automatic delivery's when you don't even ask for it. Send a bill for over $500.00 and expect you to pay right away. I payed for half and asked for them to give me more time and they call every other day. If I had an automatic delivery how come they never checked my burner???

I asked for a fuel oil delivery using a credit from a previous purchase as partial payment, and the woman in the office became surly and questioned my honesty. It turns out her records were so disorganized she could not track her own jobs. No stars for business sense, no stars for people skills. The star is for the delivery guys, who were always straightforward.
