I was sent by my new primary care physician to establish the treatment I was receiving for bi polar disorder which I have had since an earlier age and have been treated for years. I have gone here a couple of years when it was called Pathways but not this company. I went in two different times and told the first visit could take up to three hours and I did not have that long either time. I got up early one morning and got there at 7:30 a.m knowing they opened at 8am I waited and waited while people kept going back and I thought it was on a first come first come basis. I was wrong to say the least, once I got back there little did I know for an assessment you see someone on a tv monitor out of Charlotte, NC. Although we did talk and she listened and of course they ask the typical questions as are you thinking of hurting yourself or others Talked about abuse of any kind, etc. At the end of the session I guess it was worth while for my doctor in order to still get my meds but the wait.

I try to walk in, and the lady at the desk told me to come in 8:30am the next day. I got there at 8:15 am the next day and I waited and waited, the lady told me 3 different times I will be seen in 20 minutes, after 3 hours of waiting I walked out. Never will go back to this place.
