This business made it right when they had no reason to feel they had to. Very honest people I can not express how thankful I am for their honesty. Please shop here with confidence, they can be trusted.

At first, I was very disappointed with the products I purchased here. They did not have to give me a refund but they did. I am still sad that the situation turned out the way it did but they are an honest business. Please, shop here with confidence that you will be treated fairly.

I wrote a negative review once. They made things right and did not have to. These are honest people who run a good business. Please feel secure shopping here! They are good people.

I purchased 2 comforters and 2 sets of sheets from this company online. They seemed like a great closeout deal but in reality they ended up being of the worst quality I have every personally seen. They are described as being 'satin' but are not soft at all. I have extremely dry skin and regular blankets catch on my skin and irritate me a lot. Normal blankets can even cause me to wake up at night. I use satin sheets to avoid this. The site specifically stated "It resists picking and snagging" but they actually catch my skin a lot worse than regular cotton or wool fabric. I feel like this fabric could not have been made any BETTER at catching my dry skin. They feel like they are made from cheap costume fabric. The filling is very tough and reminds me of the white material used as fake snow underneath Christmas trees.They had an extreme odor which didn't go away even after being washed 3 times. They admitted they knew the odor existed and blamed the age of the product. One of the blankets came un-stitched on a corner after the third wash so I realized I likely couldn't wash them any more without further damaging them. I really needed good blankets to help me stay warm in this cold weather and as a college student I live on a very tight budget. I had a certain amount budgeted for blankets and sheets and bought two sets thinking I would be set for a long time. I ended up using the blankets to cover my windows, which seems to help me stay a little bit warmer. The smell still permeates the room though. I can not even guess as to the cause of the strong smell.They would not accept a return or give me a refund, sticking to a strict 'no refund/return' policy. Even when I tried to escalate the dispute through PayPal they stuck to their guns. This is obviously a scam company and I will not do business with them again and I warn anyone to not do business with them unless they want to be ripped off. The most I can give credit for is that the fabric is the same color as pictured, and they did ship the product quickly. It is a 'pretty' color. Maybe if someone is showing a home and needs to use cheap linens that LOOK good they can find a use for this companies goods. Please, if you value your money purchase from a company that has a proper return policy.I can honestly say that I was very sad about how this went. I was very excited to get new blankets and even thought that my second set could be given to a friend as a present.
