I called that morning, I was able to get my termite inspection and I was able to get Gentry to get rid of my yellow jackets nest all in the same day. Carl was great. Very friendly and professional. He answered all my questions and concerns. Gentry was awesome, he came out while I was at work, took care of the nest, called me when he was done and when I got home you couldn't even tell there used to be a nest in my front yard. I will definitely be in touch with them again to set up a routine treatment for my property.

Got to be the hardest people to communicate with ever. Had a simple termite inspection done on Monday after many attempted calls and agter being a pest ( no pun intended) it wasnt until wednesday afternoon before i could get a simple copy emailed to me in order to forward to my lender. If they wanted cash i would hve paid up front seems as though the wait was for my check to clear or just no sense of urgency for the customer. Pitiful customer service communication will never call this company again!!!!

Bugg Busters treated my home in 2009 for termites. He said he used a generic of Termidor. After doing some investigating I found out they did not make a generic for Termidor at that time. Signed a contract with them to spray my house quarterly for bugs, treated it one time and never came back. He also owned a company called Ward Universal Management, this is where he really burned me and I found out what kind of a business person he was. If you look on his website and click under WUM there is nothing there? Also owned a company called Stone-n-Counters that is called Granite Counter Tops now. Do not let these people in your home. Word of advice, there is a way to tell when he is telling a lie! His lips are moving.
