The person who answered the phone was not the friendliest person I've spoken to. When I asked to speak to someone, the man said "there is no one to help you." He then hung up before I got a chance to reply.

"These guys are great! I was stuck out of state when I learned we had a flooded basement. Cloud Nine worked with me to schedule the earliest possible time when I could be there and they had the place cleaned up and ready for next steps quickly and professionally. They explained to me what they were doing each step of the way and included me in the process. I would recommend these guys without hesitation! They have done a great job so far and I will likely use them for the restoration work as well once I get the go ahead from the insurance company. I wanted a BBB certified Carpet Cleaner so I found Cloud Nine Systems carpet cleaning online so they had the proper credentials and I have to say I was very impressed with their professionalism about carpet cleaning systems. I will recommend them.
