They never open on time. They say they calibrate their machines every morning. Which is a lie. When there machine screws up it's never there fault.. You get deferred and no compensation. Because it's a privilege to donate. Never friendly. You can't say anything about the problems because they can defer you without you knowing till you come in the next donation day. For a place that makes a lot of money from the plasma they collect you figured they would be more professional. Very few workers show up on time. And why your waiting in line they just get up and wander off like it's no big deal. To much playing in the back. Damn do your job and quit horse playing. And yes believe or not there is a lot of prejudice here. If your white you get treated not very good.

There's are only a select couple of phlebotomy floor employees that do a great job with sticking and doing their job. I will NOT have anyone else, but those couple, hook me up. The employees just don't care. They are slow as molasses only taking in 1 person at a time to the beds. At least put more than 1 person in a bed when there is a huge line waiting to lay down. The vitals line employees just don't care, I went in with a small bruise on my arm from the hospital for a blood test a week prior and had proof, first day they let me go through to the bed, the next time I came in, they didn't let me and had me go through medical again when the bruise went away. BUT they all let people with cuts and bruises go through all the time.? These employees need to be replaced with those who want to work

The way they treated patient's and especially myself today was totally unacceptable. It was my first time there and had more of a prison vibe than a medical facility (I work at an outpatient surgery center so I know OSHA standards and how to actually be polite). They were rude from beginning to end, loud with private medical information, and looked completely annoyed to have to be at work. Was completely disgusted. Surely there are unemployed people who would love to take their place as polite, paid medical employees!

Very dissatisfied with one of the employees. In a bad mood right away. I asked, cheerfully " how's your day?", bad, she replied. " And its not going to get better". Very scowlful and unfriendly towards me, she then stuck me too deep and without saying a word to me, and it was painful, left to go get a supervisor to fix her mistake. I don't know if she just doesn't like white people with tattoos or what her problem was, but she was unapologetic and very discourteous. I later noticed that she never gave out Gatorade, afterwards and frequently updated her Facebook many times while working which seems very unprofessional to me. Very bad work ethic!!!
