I would like to give this business a minus, but that is not possible. I visited this store, and had the worst experience of my life. Bella would not listen to my wishes. She was suppose to be a professional fitter, and only took 2 measurements, and those with my cloths on. I have been fitted in the past, and had more measures taken, and the fitter also checked the fit of the sample bras when they were on me. Bella did not. I asked for pretty bras, and only got black or beige for the first 6. They were like trying on my Grandmothers bra. When I said there was too much coverage, and could I try a smaller cup size. All I got was other bras in the same size. As the consumer I think I have the right to try on the size i want. I left very frustrated!!!! i then went to the Von Mar store, was fitted, and left there with 3 bras. The fitter at Von Mar did more measurements, and not with my cloths on. She also checked the fit of the bra on my body. Will I return to Victoria's? maybe, but not to ever be fitted again...........
