Smoking Gun started with owner Dave Ferguson creating a special recipe for a liquid marinade with lower sodium and a great taste.  This hobby turned into a business when the Smoking Gun store was opened in Decembe 2010.  We now haveover 25 flavors of freshly made beef jerky in the store and till seel the marinade for people to make their own jerky at home.  We also stock many Nebraska products in the store made by local Nebraska vendors for your tasting enjoyment.
