Absolute worst car-related experience of my life!! It took them weeks to fix a simple AC problem. The original estimate for the work was around $700 (I was having some other minor work done as well). Then, after waiting around for 8 hours (each time I asked if my car was completed, I was told that it would be shortly), I was informed that my car would have to stay over night. That information would have been useful 8 hours prior. After sinking a full day of labor into my car, I was told that it would actually cost $1500 to fix the problem. The alternative was to pay a few hundred for nothing, essentially. Neither option was appealing. Then I was told multiple times that my car would be done "the next day." Needless to say, that was never the case. When it FINALLY was fixed (so I thought), the battery was dead because the techs left a light on in my car. After replacing the battery, I realized that my hazard lights no longer worked. Because it was the fault of the store, they told me they would fix the problem right away. Again, that was not the case. And, do not expect a call back, although they will certainly tell you to expect one.



My advice - do not go here if you have ANY OTHER option!!
