Took my vacuum in for repair, the repair was same day guy was nice and knew his stuff. My vacuum works perfect again! Best place in town promise. Oh and reasonable.

Very nice they fixed my sewing machine! And it works better than it ever did yea!!!! Reasonable price fast quality repair. Now im off to quilt more..

Had my sewing machine fixed there and it works better than ever im so happy!! The service was quality, quick and the man was very knowledgeable. It was in and out in 2 days !!!

Very poor service, bordering on shady! I had a bissell rug cleaner with a broken electric contact point and upper chamber. I took this into Randolph Vac & Sew on September 19, 2015. I was told to leave it there and see if the owner could repair it. I got a call back a few days later saying they could repair it for $65. I told them to go ahead with making that repair.



3 weeks later, after hearing nothing back from the store, I called them, and the owner answered. I asked him about the status of my rug cleaner. He told me he didn't know, and would note my number and call me back with more information. He didn't call me back. I waited another week, and called him again. The same person answered, muttered something about "I know its here somewhere, I'll call you back later." Once again, no call back for over a week and a half.



On October 24, over a month after having left it there, I promptly returned to the store, asking if it had been fixed yet. Of course, it had not been fixed. I promptly took the rug cleaner back because I had no more patience with being jerked around by this store anymore, and had it repaired at another establishment for less than half the original price quoted to me, in under 1 week.



I have no idea what was wrong with this store or its owner, but it was clear to me that at least he was very incompetent, and at worse, just never intended to provide me with any service at all, maybe hoping I would never return for it. In anycase, I've told everyone I know about my very poor experience at this store, and would recommend anyone with a vacuum or rug cleaner who needs repair to look elsewhere. There are decent establishments in town that do quality work in a fast amount of time, and respect the customers. Randolph Vac & Sew is not one of these stores.



I hate to write poor reviews of business establishment, but sometimes it has to be done so people can avoid bad establishments that have low or no standards of professionalism or integrity.

I purchased a Bissell vacuum from your store this morning and for some reason I failed to get a book with it I will be out that way tomorrow and I will stop to get one it is Bissell I have trying to call you all afternoon and it tells me the number is suispened This I do not understand since I called the number this morning. This was a great experience! Rob walked us through the options and at with his advice we went for the repair. His estimated price was spot on. We had a good time with this and got the vac back the next day! I recommend this company to anyone in need of vaccum repair or purchase!

Rob and Staff are very good at what they do. I been working with them for years. If you want it done right the first time go see the pros.
