Excellent service, prompt, knowledgeable. Brandon started my snow blower on site and resolved the problem immediately. Highly recommend them and will be a repeat customer

I needed to repair my string trimmer and thought these would be the guys to use since they were closest to me. I called them on the phone to explain what was wrong with it and find out how much parts would be. As a potential customer, I have never been treated more rudely in my life.To be "honest" this happened a couple of years ago, but the rudeness displayed was really unwarranted. I have had the opportunity to do business with nearly every other small engine repair shop in town and every one has been friendly and helpful - the opposite of Honest Engines.

We were trying to beat the winter rush and find a snow blower. We found a great one at Honest Engines. The staff was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. We found the prices to be very fair too. Love the fact that we are supporting a local business too. I will be recommending Honest Engines to everyone I know.

I took my Honda mower blade in to be sharpened and I was quoted a price of $9 to have it sharpened. I pointed out that this was a double blade and asked if it was still $9 and was told that it was considered one blade. I thought that was great until I went to pick up my blade and was told I would have to pay for two because she misunderstood. I argued that that exceeded the cost of purchasing a new blade and the owner assured me that it did not and he was correct if I were paying what HE charges for a blade. HE charges as much for a new blade as he charges to sharpen one. Any hardware store in town will sharpen a blade for $8 or less. A lesson I learned too late. Now I must go purchase a new blade from someone other than Honest Engines.

Serviced out my sister and neighbors rider and walk mowers and they always came out working great. The bro-in law got a brand new Toro mower from there that anyone could start (including his wife). Works awesome and they offer all the parts for the products they sell! I go there to sharpen blades and got a refurbished toro snowblower that cranks out the snow like no tomorrow (they have BBB rating of A+ for a reason..).

Serviced my Stihl bush Trimmer and hedger with these folks past spring, needless to say they have done an awesome job. Very knowledgeable and afforable really do I need to say more!!

Don't trust these guys, I took a garden tiller to them they could'nt fix it. they charged me $85 anyway, they returned it it in worse shape braking a cable and making it unusable. I found out it was broke when I got it home then drove it back (40 miles) only to have them tell me yeah they knew they broke, but but it would have broke anyway and charged another $30 to fix. There is much better small engine companies in Lincoln.

Very bad customer service - lied about service - returned with parts missing - took over a month to find out diagnosis of engine and then told us that they repaired it for free but did not put it back together and sent the parts. Called and told them that we did not have all the parts and then we were told that it was not repairable and that they probably threw out the parts. We are not happy with them and would not give them any stars at all.
