Absolutely one of the worst customer service experience in my life! Not only does their management who happens to actually be the owner suck, they never own up to their mistakes and are only in it for the money! I'll definitely be sure to tell everyone I know about my horrific bridal party experience until everyone knows just how terrible this place is! For someone trying to be a "high-end" salon, for starters maybe take down your trashy (Walk-ins Welcome) sign which shows your despiration for business, and secondly get out of the customer service industry because you SUCK at it!!!!

One of the best

Having been to many other salons in large metropolitan markets Douglas Baehr Salon is second to none. From the ambiance, to the level of service provided by Erika, Doug and the rest of the Salon staff I think they do a wonderful job. One of the best around! JR
