After this review was brought to our attention, we looked to see what the problem could have been and who may not have been happy with our service so that we could address. Unfortunately, we only used the equipment she is describing (known as a TES unit) three times between when we bought it in late June 2007 and 11/13/2007 when the posting was listed. In all three cases, the customers indicated they were thrilled with the results at the time of service and when we recently called them. In fact, all three are multiple property owners that we continue to do work for on a monthly basis still today. I would encourage whoever posted this to contact us, so that we can resolve this and do some more education. You see, TES is a thermal energy system which is the World's Fastest Drying System(TM). It not only dries carpet and pad, but sub-floors, drywall, insulation, trim, studs, wood floors, etc all in place, but does so in record time. Most category 1 or 2 water damage cases can be dried in 2 days or less - all of the components listed not just the carpet. So there is no drywall removal and reinstallation, no pad removal and replacement, no out of place drywall seams 2 feet from the floor. No mess, no extra expense, back to normal days if not weeks sooner. In fact, TES is so effective that it can dry the entire structure and contents.
