I requested for the call to come to the Home phone after 4:30 pm when I was available. I waited every day that week for a call. The call did not come that week. I have been emailing the company requesting a call back after 4:30 every week in July. I received no communication from AAA. But their email system does an auto-reply to all communications so I have receipts of them receiving these request. But still no word.
Again I request for them to call me back any day after 4:30 PM to discuss this bait a switch situation. You charged me almost 2500 dollars for about 1000 dollars of work and supplies. These doors will not hold up to my dog. The Door handles already are becoming loose. I want to discuss this situation.

The project was very professional from beginning to end. The roofing was done in a little over 4 hours. Great job, well done!

We had a unsolicited knock on our front door one afternoon and a flier with an offer for 10-40% off. We'd already received several quotes from area roofing contractors. However, we thought we’d give them a chance to bid the work. A different man stopped by the house later and spent a half hour putting together a quote. He then attempted to scare us into using their company and touting that every other roofing contractor in our area is unqualified for such a job. After about 15 minutes of listening to him carry on, I stopped him and asked for his bid. He very hesitantly gave me a bid that was nearly double the cost of the highest bids we have received from a handful of other companies. At this point, I politely thanked him for his time and told him we would likely be going with another company. He then got hostile and began to yell at me from the street as I walked back up to the house.

I have no doubt this company was attempting to gouge us and preying on unknowing customers.

The roof started 2 working days late because of the front office mismanagement of the workers' schedules, but looks good. However, the siding has been another story. We had had a dumpster in our driveway for 2 1/2 weeks so needless to say we couldn't use most of our driveway. Equipment was left out on our deck overnite. My wife fired the crew leader for lying to her. He told her that they would start at 8am but his team members showed up at the house hours later after he told them he was going to have breakfast with his wife and to "put up some pieces so it would make the customer feel good". Also the guy who sold us this insisted that they would be putting new vinyl siding over our old vinyl. I have never heard of that, but we allowed him to carry on with his nonsense. He also ensured us that all the workers are vetted and reliable people. Yeah, right. Also, they ran out of siding and will have to come back in 2-3 weeks to finish. Poor Planning!

They never finish the job my roof with leaking they will not cover warranties this is the most crookedest company I've ever dealt with. They do not treat their customers with respect after they get paid they will not take care of any warranties stay away from them guys.

Don't have enough words to describe how predatory and unscrupulous this business is.

Our family's mentally disabled nephew was approached by AAA window siding doors to put siding on a house this disabled person is living in. Unfortunately our disabled nephew was coerced by sales into a signed contract to put siding on a house our nephew doesn't even own and has no means to pay for due to his disability income. AAA DID NOT contact the owners of the house and knew this was a disabled person with limited mental capabilities.

They didn't caulk some of our windows! It wasn't noticed, until a heavy rain came, and water poured into our wall, and down into the basement from our second floor landing . So now, an entire floor's worth of wall is ruined!

The company installed windows incorrectly and when winter came, we had to cover windows with plastic This summer they said they would be back to fix them. They now refuse to do anything about them.
