Long story short will never stay here again! moved rooms three times didnt get the room i originally booked online because they overbooked at the hotel.
there was:
dirty rooms
dog hair all over (wasnt vacuumed) on bed/pillows
dog pee on carpet and side of bed
exposed cords
no light bulb in lamp
dresser/tv stand had crumbs all over it
old toilet paper left on toilet paper holder with 4 sheets left (not joking)
last night i was there i had to ask for more towels in the morning because you have to use your room towels if you go down to the pool cause they only put 4 in the room and there was 4 of us and had chlorine on them when i asked for clean ones in the AM they said they were all out!! i will never stay here or recommend this place to anyone
