Terrible! I'm from out of town, just needed to get an antibotic. My doc made sure my test results were accessible to the clinic. Dr. Matthews demanded that I do another urine test, told me he didn't think I had a uti because I had no pain with urination. Even though the culture preformed days earlier clearly indicated that I did! So I finally agreed to the redundant test after I was told I would not be charged, and only after making them speak with my doctors nurse. I go to give a sample and the toliet seat, floor and counter were covered in another patients urine...Which I sat in before I noticed! Matthews was rude, and unprofessional. My sister had a similar experience with the same doctor telling her she was exaggerating her wrist pain, it was just a sprain, turns out,she had a fracture and major surgery that may have gone better had he listened. I have had good interactions with other doctors there, but that guy is just a jerk. No bedside manner at all. I recommend going elsewhere.
