About the Church We believe that the church is the body of Christ, of which Jesus Christ is the head. The members of the church are those who have trusted by faith the finished work of Christ. The purpose of the church is to glorify God by loving Him and by making Him known to the lost world. About the Church About the Scriptures We believe that the Bible was written by men supernaturally inspired; that it has truth without any mixture of error for its matter; and therefore is, and shall remain, the only complete and final revelation of the will of God to man. About God We believe there is one and only one living and true God, an infinite, intelligent Spirit, the maker and supreme ruler of heaven and earth; that in the unity of the Godhead there are three persons, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, equal in divine perfection but distinct in their purpose in the work of redemption.
