bed bugs everywhere. called state fire marshall at 614-728-5460, and filled a complaint. motels and hotels are licensed by state. call these people if management wont do anything

Stay elsewhere, not worth the money. Recently stayed and woke up with numerous bed bug bites on legs and arms which itched liked crazy. Bedding was filthy, went to remove the filthy blankets only to reveal equally filthy sheets which had foot crust particles all along the bottom, and various unidentifiable smears throughout. Had to run to the store and buy one of those thin plastic paint tarps to drape over the entire bed, and use my own blankets and sheets on top (Yes, I carry my own with me in case of situations like this). Could barely breathe in the "non smoking" room which reeked of cigarette smoke ingrained within every inch of 4 walls, and even left my clothing reeking of smoke. Totally dirty throughout, I could not wait to check out as soon as daylight came. I wish I would have been able to read these other reviews before checking in, so I could have avoided this place. Awful! Oh yeah and the older gentleman clerk did not seem to pleased to be tending to checking you in as a guest either.

I checked in, and initially wanted two nights, then the inn keeper said all sales are final, No refunds. So I decided to check it out first. The sheets had not been changed from the previous guest, the towels, and wash clothes were filthy. Their were stink bugs on the wall, leaves, and other pieces of plant life on the sheets, and Bed bugs on the headboard of the bed, Also their is no heater control in the room, so If you stay here bring a heater, because in the Winter time you feel the cold air through the walls. I got up and went to a name brand Hotel, because the Colonial Inn wouldn't give me my money back. Stay here if you want to bring an infestation back to your house.

Do Not waste your money This place is a DUMP!!! My husband woke up w/ bites all over his body from bud bugs!!! The staff only reimbursed him a portion of his money!!!!

The place is run by a bunch of low life, cheap Asian's. The front desk "clerk" is a mean old man, and the rooms are no better. The room has old dingy towels, the bed has bedbugs and the floors are filthy. The bathroom is the same.

This Motel should have the Health Dept come and check it out seriously. It was dirty and unhealthy every where. The shower area made the County Jail look great. The towels were soiled but the shower are was disgusting. Paid $ 50.00 for the nite & because it was so late went on and stuck it out. I do hope their local Health Dept looks at there rooms soon.
