Love the coffee....not the service

I realize this is a campus coffee shop. But, you would think the owner would appreciate local business as I wouldn't think the kids could support it alone. I really enjoy the coffee and having something like this close but the atmosphere is so unwelcoming we haven't been back in over a year.
