We live in Peachtree City and on Christmas Eve Day I went to the garage to run some errands.
Upon entering the garage I noticed water spouting from the water heater. I immediately shut off the water and began calling plumbers to see if anyone could come out. There were a couple who wanted an outrageous amount to just come out. They wanted $300.00 to just come out. It was when we called "Royal Flush Plumbing " that our bad luck changed from bad to good. RFP dispatched Dwan Hester and his apprentice.
To our home and offered a fair price for the new water heater and installation. Mr. Hester and his apprentice had us up and running in about 4 hours time. Mr. Hester showed extreme patience with the apprentice who did a fabulous job. I want you to know that your company and its employees were very appreciated.

We called because we had a pipe burst and we wanted to see when the soonest someone would be able to come out was. The woman who answered the phone was very rude and when she quoted me 4 days from today, I told her thanks but that isn't going to work for us, she then started raising her voice telling me that I wasn't going to find anyone sooner and needed to reserve their services or I would be further behind. I told her no thank you, I have someone that can come out sooner than that, I was just checking to see if I could find someone today or tomorrow, she then began yelling at me telling me that I'm wasting everyone's time that I call to see when they can come out. I have never used your services before, and certainly will never consider it in the future. I'll also make sure our homeowners association is aware of this incident so no one else in our community will consider it either. Thanks,

My son was moving back home. So I needed to have another bathroom installed. Doug was a nice guy and was very knowledgeable regarding how I should go about it. Impressed at his details and his price I agreed to have Royal do the job. It was a peaceful experience.

Great company. I am glad that such an honest business is still being offered. The amount quoted from the other plumbing company as opposed to the amount quoted by The Flush was a tremendous difference. Even better was the integrity the plumber gave. I beat the rest and had Royal Flush!

Water was oozing out from under my toilet! Every time I flushed it, it would soak the floor with its nasty smelling odor! I had Royal Flush come out and lift the toilet to snake the line to see what the problem was. Video Inspection. The technician went out 50ft and discovered a lot of debris clogging my line. As we able to view the line we were able to clear as well. It was a simple process that turned out to be easy. I have Royal Flush to thank.

Ronnie was a very nice guy. He represented a quality that you rarely see in this type of business. You could tell that this company held a high interest in the services they provided. I searched them and found that all the technicians are certified and licensed. They are current on the latest and newest products on the market. I was very impressed with the knowledge and service that I received from Ronnie on my new tankless water heater. The price was real nice too. Thanks guys!

I am not much of an indurstrial person. Royal Flush Plumbing has made things easy and clear. I called to have an estimate on fixing a broken garbage disposal. When the technician arrived, he was friendly and confident. He recommended that I try several options in regard to replacing my disposer. He was very affordable. He didn't give me the run around. He didn't try to sell me on a bunch other junk that other companies did. He was clean and extremely thorough. I appreciated the service and the quality of it.
