A large part of our success is directly attributed to the repeat and referral business that we receive from both tenants and landlords. Our experienced staff works as a team responding quickly and knowledgeably to your commercial real estate needs. Lynn started her real estate career as an agent at I.J. Kapplin Co in 1989. She became Associate Broker in 1994 and Broker in 1996. She is a graduate from Georgia State University with a degree in economics. Lynn's specialty is the sale of multi-tenant properties. Lynn lives in Roswell and is married to Dan Stotz. They have four children. Bill started his commercial real estate career with I.J. Kapplin Co in 1996 after 15 years as a senior planner at Hitachi Telecom. He became Associate Broker in 2001. He concentrates on leasing and selling industrial and office properties to local businesses. Bill has two teenagers and lives in Sugar Hill. Susan has been with I.J. Kapplin Co since 2004 after owning a construction services firm for 18 years. She is married to a high school football coach and has two children. Susan lives in Loganville and specializes in Walton and Gwinnett Counties.
