I bought a grand piano(Yamaha C3) from A440 piano on 3. 24. 2016.
When I bought a piano, it said they are going to include "soften hammer." And in invoice, it said it too.
And I definitely thought that the piano would be softened, cause of that I had to pay money. But you said you tuned it but it does not sound proper it should be and it was very easy to spot the rust part of piano and it shouldn't be. And when we asked you to fix the hammer like it says on the invoice,
but you asked us to charge money, $395.
My daughter, who is working on to be pianist, and since this piano is not proper, I as a parent, it makes me really upset.
Look at the picture, everyone would know this is not fixed hammer. So, I cannot understand that you got a "super service award."
I really want to solve this problem quickly as possible. Also I don't want anybody have this kind of again.
