This company is all the things the others have mentioned here and worse. I hired this company to manage my property and they are dishonest, unprofessional, unskilled at running a property but worse of all they will rob you blind. There accounting methods are deceptive and unethical and they have stolen $2,000 from me and are making up bills that was never approved by me or even notified me of them to try to keep the $2,0000. Further, I hired them to do a reno on one of my units in which the workmanship was mediocre with a back splash that's wavy enough to cause dizziness and the tile work on the floor was sloppy with grout everywhere and I could go on but I think this paints the picture. And while I've agreed to pay the quoted amount, they want to steal my operating fund of 2k. AND they didn't do everything that was in the quote however, I just want away from these people whom I believe should not be allowed to be in business after my experience. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable company and listen to the views that have already been posted by this company. I wish I could give a 0 star.
