I came from years of lower back back and headaches...chronic headaches that were misdiagnosed as a brain tumor. I had gone to a chiropractor once before 10 years prior of seeing Dr. Giles...I saw that doctor 3 times and swore I would never do chiropractic again, NEVER! Well never say never...I was at a loss as to why I had the headaches day and night and a friend who is a chiro doctor in another state suggested I look for only a chiro doctor that specializes in headaches/hormones/hands-on (not solely machine manipulation) and gets back to the basics of chiropractic to when it first began...low and behold I opened the yellow pages and Dr. Giles was specific to everything I was suppose to be looking for. When you are presented with an open door...you proceed with caution, but you walk on through...and thankfully I did. Dr. Giles taught me a lot about listening to my body, pay attention to the pain and with his help...we can make a life altering difference in the pain and lifestyle changes to live by. He is very gentle, very knowledgeable and so kind and compassionate to his clients and passionate about his practice. My headaches were gone...I mean GONE in 1 week! I went from day and night pain and headaches, to now it is very rare to get one and if I do...he taught me to recognize why and to not just medicate it. It has been 3 years now and I SWEAR by not only chiropractic, but by Dr. Giles. He truly changed my life, which then changed my world and way of living...pain-free. Thank you sooo much Dr. Giles for helping to replenish my well-being!
