Went to see a listing they were managing. Reviewed all criteria needed once application was submitted and paid for was then told they only rent to individuals with credit scores nearing 700. Military family relocating to the area. After asking for this criteria in writing I’m now being given the run around. I have heard of colorism in the Chicago northern areas. Seriously hoping that was not the case but either way I’m not letting this go lightly.
