Crooks. That's who runs and manages this place. After I sold my trailer..I just get a letter from countrysides management claiming I owe them the following months lot rent. They also raised the base lot rent by $70. And said if not paid that it was going to be filed in court. I called them to find out how I was responsible for the lot rent when I no longer lived there and the trailer was in the new owners names. They had enough nerve to say that since the new owners have not moved in yet that I'm still responsible for the lot rent. I said I just drove by and the new owners are in there painting. I said that's funny cause I have a letter from closing stating I owe $0 for 0 days...She said "Hold on" then gets back on the phone and said "Ignore the letter...it slipped through our fingers. Your fine."

They tried to scare me into making another lot rent payment. So people....BEWARE.

Don't Be Fooled....Owned by Reality Company in Michigan called Lautrec LTD. At best they would be classified as SLUM Lords. Loud Car Stereo Noise and Unattended children running amuck is the NORM here. Management skills and cooperation with Tenants is MARGINAL at best. Management caters to undesirable tenants. Buyer beware... Look elsewhere if you want to live in a normal neighborhood setting.
