I am new to the area and was in need of a storage unit. So my husband had me call around to different places near our new residence. I called Safety Storage to get price quotes on all available units that they have. The woman laughed at me and was rude. I'm sorry, isn't that your job to give price quotes since you are the manager?? I will most definitely not be using them and will be telling everyone I know not to use them either!! By the way I found a MUCH cleaner and cheaper storage unit just down the street from this place!! And the manager was so sweet!!
