My grandmother is 96 and in a nursing home. She lost her glasses and I called the front desk to see if there was a way for here to come in without waiting 2 hours and the lady said no that's our time. I explained she has been there before and it's just to hard on her She really did not care I'm sorry they feel someone this age might just need to be taken faster. I asked her for suggestions and she said no Poor customer service.
